hellweek

Today i woke up at like 750-8ish and got ready for HELL WEEEK. awww shittt, it was hellla hot. mile, planks, and more more more. lunchh! yayyyy, ahhaa went to ranch w/ ariel bruna and jocelyn. we were hella lazy to bring our bags so we used a shopping cart. we rolled it allll the way back to the track! then we did stairs and driveways and more of the planks and pushups and drillls. it was hardish cuz i haven't been running but it wasnt THATT bad like last year. last year was helllllll rofll. hellweek again tmo at 9 then at 11 green hat meeeting! yeeeee. ahaha weds. registration and stuff and i'm leaving to irvine! holllllllllllllllla. l8er!
